A rich, natural makeup remover made from vegetable-derived oils and waxes, fragranced with soothing chamomile essential oil. Effective on all makeup including waterproof mascara, gentle enough for the eye area, and kind to sensitive and mature skin. Free from palm oil, artificial additives, synthetic fragrances, colourants, SLS and parabens. Presented in a generous 100ml aluminium tin, widely recyclable across the UK.

How to Use
- Pick up a small amount of product on your fingertips or a spatula — start with two pea-sized scoops. A little goes a long way as this is a water-free product.
- Rub gently over the skin and work in using gentle circular movements to melt and disperse all traces of foundation and makeup.
- For the eye area, close your eyes and take particular care not to press too hard or drag the delicate skin. The product will melt waterproof mascara.
- Remove thoroughly by gliding a damp cloth across the face — ideally a soft muslin or flannel. If desired, follow with our Shea Butter Facial Soap to remove any remaining product.
- Pat dry with a soft towel.

Is this suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, this product is free from SLS, parabens, synthetic fragrances and artificial additives. It has been particularly well received by customers with sensitive and mature skin. Please note it contains sweet almond oil and is not suitable for those with nut allergies.
Will it remove waterproof mascara?
Yes, it is effective on waterproof mascara. Apply gently around the closed eye area and allow the product to melt the mascara before removing with a damp muslin cloth.
Is this product vegan?
Yes, this product is suitable for vegans.
How long will the tin last?
The 100ml tin is generous and long-lasting. With daily use, most customers find it lasts two to three months.
Do EU orders incur extra charges on delivery?
No. All relevant duties and taxes for EU orders are collected at checkout, so you will not face any unexpected charges on delivery.

RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

I love this product I happened to stumble upon in a shop on holiday and have been ordering it online since!
