Shipping & Returns


Standard Royal Mail Tracked delivery (RM aim to deliver in 48 hours) is currently £3.50 with free postage available for orders over £30 and for regular purchases via Sudscription. There is an option to upgrade to 'First Class' delivery, which is Royal Mail's 24 hour service (RM aim to deliver in 24 hours), for a small additional charge at checkout. There is also is the option to select a DHL courier delivery. This is a next day service where recipients receive a tracking link via email and can opt to receive text updates too. Please enter a mobile number when you checkout to take advantage of this text service. For orders from abroad additional shipping costs are in line with U.K. Royal Mail standard charges.
You can buy a 12 months free delivery pass for just £9 which allows you to use the code RMDEL1 during checkout to get free delivery for 12 months.
All online orders will be beautifully packaged using biodegradable materials. If you have purchased a gift box, this will be wrapped in brown paper so the presentation box is kept intact. Furthermore, we offer a gift wrapping service available to add on in your basket for £3.60 which includes wrap, ribbon, dried flowers and a personalised gift card. An optional full sized greetings card is also available at a small extra cost when you check out. 

Many customers opt to shop by telephone and we can be contacted on 01653 693555 if you wish to do this and create a special personalised gift package by telephone.

Please note: If you are shipping to a country outside of the UK, there may be customs charges that you need to consider before your purchase.


We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.

If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.


Payment can be made with credit/debit cards, ApplePay, Google Pay, the Shopify Payments system or by PayPal either via your own PayPal account or by debit/credit card as a PayPal guest at checkout.
