Additionally, we offer a service to customers short of time in which we create a bespoke gift box full of items tailored to your budget. We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
Payment can be made with PayPal either via your own PayPal account or by debit/credit card as a PayPal guest at checkout. We also offer payment via Stripe for debit/credit cards, if preferred at checkout.
