If you're a retailer, visitor attraction, hotel, spa or independent business looking to stock a premium range of natural soaps and skincare, we'd love to work with you. Cosy Cottage has been supplying trade customers for many years, and we have some very long-standing relationships with independent shops and visitor attractions in the UK whose customers keep coming back to them for our products.

Our wholesale programme is designed to be flexible, straightforward and genuinely rewarding for stockists of all sizes.

How It Works

Our trade and wholesale operation runs through our dedicated B2B site at www.cosycottagewholesale.co.uk. To get started:

  1. Visit www.cosycottagewholesale.co.uk and complete the short registration form to tell us a little about your business
  2. We'll review your application and, once approved, you'll receive an email with a link to set up your login
  3. Log in to access our full wholesale range with trade pricing, and place your first order

Trade Pricing & Discounts

Approved trade customers receive discounts of 50–60% on our standard retail prices. All prices on the wholesale site are quoted excluding VAT, and a VAT invoice is available to download after ordering so you can reclaim VAT on your purchases.

Delivery

  • Orders under £150: delivery charge applies
  • Orders over £150: free delivery

We turn orders around quickly — most customers receive their goods within 4 working days of ordering.

No Formal Minimum Orders

Unlike many wholesale suppliers, we don't impose formal minimum order quantities once your account is approved. You can top up your stock as and when you need to, in the quantities that suit your business. You can also mix and match freely across our range — there's no requirement to take a minimum volume from any particular product line or fragrance.

Credit Facilities

Once you've placed three orders with us, you're welcome to apply for a credit account. Email us at wholesale@cosycottagesoap.co.uk to request this. If approved, you'll be able to select 'pay later' at checkout and we'll issue you an invoice.

Supporting Your Sales

We want our stockists to succeed, so we offer a range of support at no charge:

  • Point of sale materials — request these through the wholesale website
  • Empty display containers — available at a small charge on request for in-store display purposes
  • Product images — available on request for use on your own website or marketing materials

We're happy for our products to be sold in bricks and mortar locations or online through your own channels.
