RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
This facial serum is lovely and smells wonderful. Only a small amount is needed, it revives the skin and leaves your face feeling toned and renewed. I would definitely recommend this product. I have only been using it a few days and I can feel and see a difference. Great product.

I recently bought this facial oil and wasn't expecting much from it. After using various facial oils for many years, I have to say, this is the best I have ever tried. Even though it is an oil, it's not creasy or heavy at all, quite the opposite. It glides and sinks into the skin and is such a dream to use. It leaves the skin soft and radiant, and I cannot recommend this product enough.
