Why we use 100% soy wax
We pour soy wax rather than paraffin because paraffin is petroleum derived and there are ongoing concerns about the by-products of burning it indoors. Soy wax is our preference on those grounds, though no candle burns without producing anything at all, so do burn yours in a well ventilated room. Lavender essential oil naturally contains fragrance allergens such as linalool, so natural does not mean allergen free.

Burning your candle safely
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Burn candles out of the reach of children and pets.
- Always leave at least 10cm between burning candles.
- Do not burn candles near anything that could catch fire.
- Trim the wick to about 5mm before each burn for a cleaner flame.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the candle burn for?
Between 30 and 40 hours in a draught free spot. Let the first burn run long enough for the melt pool to reach the edge of the jar, and trim the wick between burns.
Will it really help me relax?

RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
