Our creamy and caring coconut oil based soaps are all handmade in small, waste-free, low energy consumption, batches in Malton, Yorkshire. The gentle orange fragrance is provided by the addition of essential oil, made from steam distilled fruits.
Everything is SLS free, additive-free, palm oil-free, cruelty-free, plastic-free and delightfully 100% natural. All packaging is either fully recyclable cardboard or plant derived and compostable. At Cosy Cottage we do not test anything on animals and we do not commission third parties to do so on our behalf. We have plenty of willing friends and family members who are more than happy to test our products themselves and we work closely with medical professionals, a cosmetics safety consultant and microbiology lab. to ensure everything is absolutely safe to use.
The soap bar is suitable for use in the bath or shower and is particularly suitable for customers seeking a gentle, natural cleansing product. The 100% cotton facecloth for cleansing, rinsing and gentle exfoliation accompanies the soap perfectly.

RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
