The Treats
Our dog treats are sourced from Lintons, a local pet food supplier based right here in Malton, and presented in a custom rattling tin co-branded with Cosy Cottage Soap. The tin is brilliant for recall on walks, and the treats are high in protein and natural fats, making them a genuinely good treat rather than just a festive novelty.
Analytical Composition: Crude Protein 49.5%, Crude Oils and Fats 29.2%, Crude Ash 13.9%, Moisture 1.7%.
Choose Your Shampoo Fragrance
Lavender, Lemongrass and Neem is our flea and tick repellent blend. Neem oil has been used naturally for centuries as a repellent for both dogs and cats. Lemongrass adds a fresh, citrus aroma and is also repellent to ticks and fleas. Lavender is gentle, antimicrobial, soothing for itchy skin and naturally deodorising. A brilliant choice for dogs who spend time outdoors.
Cedarwood and Carrot Seed is our calming and soothing blend. Carrot seed oil is traditionally used to calm sensitive skin and has gentle anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Cedarwood is soothing for sensitive or dandruff-prone skin, with a warm, gentle aroma. A brilliant choice for dogs with sensitive or reactive skin.
The Shampoo Bar
Our solid pet shampoo bars are handmade in our Malton, Yorkshire workshop from natural plant-derived oils. Vegan, palm oil free and free from synthetic additives. Both variants contain sweet almond oil, so please take care if your dog has a known nut allergy. The solid bar format means no plastic bottle and no waste, just a long-lasting, natural shampoo that lathers beautifully and rinses clean.

The shampoo is made in our Malton workshop. The treats come from Lintons, also in Malton. The bundle is put together by us. It does not get much more local than this.

Can you send my order directly to the recipient or their owner?
Absolutely. We are happy to send this gift directly to the lucky dog in question, anywhere in the UK or EU. Just enter their address at checkout, unless their owner gets there first.
Will there be extra charges for EU delivery?
No. All relevant duties and taxes for EU orders are collected at checkout, so neither your recipient nor their devoted servant will face any unexpected charges on delivery.

RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
