This collection is for customers who are looking for supportive everyday skincare for sensitive, reactive, acne-prone, rosacea-prone, eczema-prone or dermatitis-prone skin, and for people who find that some mainstream skincare products leave their skin feeling uncomfortable or trigger a reaction.
Our aim is simple, thoughtful care for everyday routines. These products are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any skin condition. Natural ingredients, thoughtfully chosen
Our products are made in small batches with natural oils, butters, botanical ingredients and essential oils where used. The soap choices in this collection are naturally saponified soaps made from oils and butters, rather than synthetic detergent bars. No synthetic perfumes are added, and the formulations are free from SLS and sulphates. We aim to avoid harsh artificial preservatives and use carefully selected or naturally derived preservation systems where a formula needs them.
Some products contain essential oils, sweet almond oil or other ingredients that may not suit every customer. Please read the full INCI information below, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

- Marula & Frankincense Facial Serum (30ml) for a nourishing facial oil step that absorbs easily and leaves skin feeling soft and hydrated.
- Natural Honey & Rosehip Face Cream with Geranium & Patchouli (60ml) for a rich, nourishing facial moisturising step.
- Gentle Fragrance Free Aloe Vera Soap (110g) for hands, body, bath and shower, with a mild, refreshing cleanse.
- Relaxing Lavender Hand & Body Cream (60ml) for dry hands, elbows, knees, feet and other areas that need extra moisture.
Options for sensitive and reactive skin
Choose Cosy Cuddles Baby Balm as an alternative moisturiser for customers who prefer a simpler balm texture and a more minimal-fragrance option. A bicarbonate-free Lavender & Frankincense Deodorant is available as an optional underarm-care add-on.

Marula & Frankincense Facial Serum (30ml)

RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
