This exclusive, science-led, natural treatment has been designed in-house by our founder and CEO, a qualified chemist and cell biologist, with valued input from our consultant beauty therapists and medical professionals.
Our qualified, in-house therapists are trained in delivery of facials and massage techniques. They also work exclusively with and possess in-depth knowledge about the composition and effectiveness of our award winning products.
A non returnable deposit of £15 is payable on booking these treatments. The deposit may be transferred to another booking with 7 days notice if required. The balance will is payable in-store when you attend for your treatment.

Please note: If you are shipping to a country outside of the UK, there may be customs charges that you need to consider before your purchase.
RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

Payment can be made with credit/debit cards, ApplePay, Google Pay, the Shopify Payments system or by PayPal either via your own PayPal account or by debit/credit card as a PayPal guest at checkout.
