The Fragrances

Warmth is our unique and ever-popular blend of sweetest oranges and deep, warming cinnamon. Simple, clean and natural, it is loved by our customers all year round and especially at Christmas.

Peace combines patchouli, orange, lavender, lemongrass, geranium and lemon essential oils into a fragrance that is calming and uplifting, with the dominant, peace-giving warmth of patchouli at its heart. Both blends are handmade in our Malton workshop using essential oils from steam-distilled fruits, herbs, plants and flowers in a soy wax base. Each melt generates fragrance for a minimum of eight hours.

Natural, Vegan and Made in Yorkshire

All our wax melts are made with natural essential oils in a soy wax base, free from synthetic fragrances and palm oil. Vegan, plastic free and handcrafted in small batches in our Yorkshire workshops.

Safety Information

  • Always use within sight and never leave unattended
  • Do not overfill the burner bowl
  • Keep melted wax away from children and pets
  • Only use unscented tealights as scented ones burn too hot
  • Only use standard 4-hour tealights; never use 8-hour tealights or multiples as these can crack the burner
  • Do not move the burner until it has cooled completely and the wax has hardened
  • Ensure the surface under the burner is heatproof
  • Never place the burner in a freezer to dislodge wax as this can weaken its structure
  • Never pour melted wax down plug holes
  • Do not add water or fragrance oils to the wax melt well

Do you offer Christmas gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer festive Kraft gift wrapping at checkout. Just select the option when you place your order and we will wrap it beautifully for you.

Can you send my order directly to the recipient?

Absolutely. We are happy to send your gift directly to the recipient anywhere in the UK or EU. Simply enter their address at checkout.

Will there be extra charges for EU delivery?

No. All relevant duties and taxes for EU orders are collected at checkout, so your recipient will not face any unexpected charges on delivery.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We will turn your Standard Class Post order around within two working days. Thereafter for Standard Royal Mail Tracked delivery, Royal Mail aim to deliver in 48 hours. The cost of this service is currently £3.50 with free postage available for orders over £40 and for regular purchases via 'Subscription'. 
We will turn your First Class Post order around within one working day. Thereafter for First Class Royal Mail Tracked delivery, Royal Mail aim to deliver in 24 hours. There is a small additional charge for this First Class service.  
There is also is the option to select a DHL courier delivery (free on orders over £120). This is a next day service where recipients receive a tracking link via email and can opt to receive text updates too. Please enter a mobile number when you checkout to take advantage of this text service. For orders from abroad additional shipping costs are in line with U.K. Royal Mail standard charges.
 
You can buy a 12 months free delivery pass for just £12 which allows you to use the code RMDEL1 during checkout to get free Standard Class Royakl Mail delivery for all your orders, irrespective of value, for 12 months.
 
All orders will be beautifully packaged using biodegradable materials. If you have purchased a gift box, this will be wrapped in brown paper so the presentation box is kept intact. Furthermore, we offer a gift wrapping service available to add on in your basket which includes wrap, ribbon, and a personalised gift card. 
 

Many customers opt to shop by telephone and we can be contacted on 01653 693555 if you wish to do this and create a special personalised gift package by telephone.

Please note: If you are shipping to a country outside of the UK, there may be customs charges that you need to consider before your purchase.

RETURN POLICY

We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.

If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
