This is a next day service where recipients receive a tracking link via email and can opt to receive text updates too. All orders will be beautifully packaged using biodegradable materials. If you have purchased a gift box, this will be wrapped in brown paper so the presentation box is kept intact. Furthermore, we offer a gift wrapping service available to add on in your basket which includes wrap, ribbon, and a personalised gift card.

RETURN POLICY

We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.

If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
