Each balm is water free, long lasting and intensely moisturising, making it ideal for hands and body. Particularly loved by customers with sensitive, dry or allergy-prone skin. We are proud winners of the Best Sensitive Skincare Brand award several years running, and our balms are free from palm oil, artificial fragrances, artificial colours and preservatives.
Natural, Sustainable and Made in Yorkshire
Made in small batches in our Yorkshire workshops using processes that consume minimal fossil fuels and produce no waste. Palm oil free, plastic free and cruelty free. We never test on animals, never commission others to do so, and we do not export to countries that require animal testing.

Enlivening Sweet Orange Balm: Cocos nucifera Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii Butter, Aloe Barbadensis Juice, Helianthus Annus Seed Oil, Citrus Sinensis Peel Oil (Citral, Limonene), Plant-Derived Preservative Blend (Salicylic Acid, Glycerin, Sorbic Acid, Benzyl Alcohol).

Will there be extra charges for EU delivery?
No. All relevant duties and taxes for EU orders are collected at checkout, so your recipient will not face any unexpected charges on delivery.

RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
