Our natural deodorant is aluminium free, plastic free, paraben free, alcohol free and palm oil free, this natural deodorant is packed in recyclable tins and fragranced with geranium, grapefruit, lavender and tea tree essential oils for a naturally fresh experience. The combination of rich shea butter, sweet almond oil and vitamin E protects and nourishes your sensitive underarm skin. 

To use, simply scoop a very small amount of the creamy, natural deodorant product from the tin with clean hands. Rub between your fingers to soften it then massage into your underarm skin.

As with all of our products, we refrain from adding excess water. This means our natural deodorant is concentrated and a little goes a long way.

NOTE: Our hand/body creams and natural deodorants are coconut oil based rather than water/synthetic emulsifier based. They can become runny in very hot weather. Please keep them in a cool place, away from direct sunlight and do pop them in the fridge to reset if required. Some customers keep their natural deodorant in the fridge during very warm weather

The shampoo bars are 100% sulphate free, additive free, palm oil free, cruelty free, plastic free, they're suitable for vegans and 100% natural. All our packaging is plastic free; either fully recyclable cardboard or made from plant derived materials, including our clear bags and bubble wrap, which will compost within a year. Alternatively you may choose to receive your shampoo bars free from any packaging.

These shampoo bars can help to reduce the 36 million plastic bottles used EVERY DAY in the UK because they completely eliminate the need for plastic packaging. Plastic makes up 80% of the waste found on beaches around the world and over 300,000 tonnes of debris that floats in our oceans.

Each shampoo bar lasts longer than your average bottle of shampoo as we do not add water to our products so you will find you do not need anywhere near as much as high street shampoos; a little goes a very long way.

Our natural shampoo bar now comes in three fragrance options:

- The original fragrance-free formulation is extra gentle for sensitive scalps

- The lemongrass essential oil fragranced variation smells fresh and energising. Lemongrass essential oil is said to balance excess oil production - we've had some great feedback from our trial bars and you can read it here 

- The lavender essential oil fragranced version smells super-relaxing. Lavender essential oil is said to help with itchy flaky scalp - we've had some great feedback from our trial bars and you can read it here 

You will find you don't need as much product as liquid shampoos to clean your hair. Simply lather the solid shampoo bar in your hands and then apply to your hair as you would a liquid, detergent based shampoo, before rinsing out very thoroughly and repeating.

As we become more aware of the impact our own skincare products can have on the environment and our skin, we believe it is equally important to consider the environmental impact and wellbeing of our beloved pets.

These 95g bars contain no plastics, palm oil, detergents (including SLS) artificial fragrances, colourings or artificial additives. 

The pet soap bars help promote a healthy, shiny coat, for our canine friends, and the essential oils and neem oil help to repel those nasty fleas and ticks.

To use, simply rub a small amount into damp hands or a flannel/mitt and massage into wet fur. Alternatively, rub directly onto damp fur. Rinse off with plenty of clean water.

Please be very careful to avoid the eyes.  

Tested on humans (including willing members of the Cosy Cottage team) before deemed suitable for animals!
