We are delighted to launch the first of our 'Cosy Spa' products. Natural, handmade luxury allowing you to create that special spa experience at home. As always, everything is handmade in small batches in our Yorkshire workshops, using processes which produce minimal waste.
Our pack of 4 relaxing, 28g soy wax melts are 100% soy wax with steam distilled lavender essential oil. They're presented in a beautiful, recycled cardboard matchbox style package, which may be replenished at our Malton store. An ideal gift, easy to wrap and can be popped into the postbox too. These melts coordinate beautifully with our complementary Cosy Spa Boxed Candle. Our Cosy Spa range makes ideal gifts, easy to wrap and beautiful to receive.
Always use your melts in a suitable burner. Just light a tealight under the well, pop in your Cosy Spa melt and enjoy the unique, relaxing properties of lavender for around 20 hours per melt.

Take good care and follow our safety tips below

Always use within sight, and never leave unattended

Always ensure that you do not overfill your bowl

Keep melted wax away from pets and children

Do not eat

Never pour melted wax down plug holes

Wax / burner will remain hot after the tea light has been extinguished / burner switched off

Do not try to move the burner until it has cooled completely and the wax has hardened

Do not add water or fragrance oils to wax melt well

Keep wax clear of debris

Only ever use unscented tea lights as fragrance ones burn too hot

Only use standard sized 4hr tea lights. Never use the larger 8hr tea lights or multiples as these can cause the burners to break

Never place burner in freezer to help dislodge wax. This can weaken structure of the burner

Ensure that the surface under the burner is heatproof

Please note: If you are shipping to a country outside of the UK, there may be customs charges that you need to consider before your purchase.
RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made with credit/debit cards, ApplePay, Google Pay, the Shopify Payments system or by PayPal either via your own PayPal account or by debit/credit card as a PayPal guest at checkout.
