We create beautiful, customised white label soaps in batches from just 25, wrapped in professionally designed, printed wrappers featuring your name, logo, message or artwork. Everything is included in the price — the soaps, the design, the printing, the delivery, the VAT and the wrapping.
What's Included in the Price
Unlike many suppliers who charge separately for setup, design and printing, our price covers everything:

Re-orders are even better value. Once your design is created and your wrappers are printed, repeat orders typically carry no additional design or printing charges — just email us your requirements, we issue and invoice and you simply pay for the soaps with no additional costs. Many customers order extra wrappers upfront to keep re-order costs as low as possible.
How It Works
- Choose your soaps — select your size (20g, 55g or 110g), scent and batch size using the dropdowns above, then add to your basket
- Send us your design brief — after checkout, email your name, logo or artwork to customers@cosycottagesoap.co.uk. A high-resolution transparent PNG works best for logos, but even a rough brief or a quick email is enough to get started — we'll take it from there
- We handle the rest — our designer creates your wrapper, we get it printed, wrap your soaps and dispatch them. Turnaround is typically 2–4 weeks

Shelf life: 36 months minimum
Turnaround: 2–4 weeks from receipt of your design brief

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Many customers opt to shop by telephone and we can be contacted on 01653 693555 if you wish to do this and create a special personalised gift package by telephone.
Please note: If you are shipping to a country outside of the UK, there may be customs charges that you need to consider before your purchase.
RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
