Why Organic and Unbleached?
Conventional cotton is one of the most chemically intensive crops in the world. Standard baby towels are also frequently bleached and dyed -- processes that leave chemical residues in the fabric that sit against a newborn's skin with every use. Our towel uses cotton certified organic from field to finished product, with no bleaching and no dyeing. What you see is the natural colour of organic cotton, and what touches your baby's skin contains nothing it shouldn't.

It covers the entire supply chain from the cotton field to the finished product -- ensuring the cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, and processed without harmful chemicals. It is widely regarded as the gold standard for organic textiles.
Is this suitable for newborns?
Yes -- the unbleached, undyed organic cotton is as gentle as it gets on newborn skin. The hood helps retain warmth immediately after bathing, when babies lose body heat quickly.
How do I wash it?
Machine washable at 60°C. Launder separately from dark colours, particularly on the first wash.
Can you send this directly to the gift recipient?

RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
