Carole hosts appointments in our new luxury treatment suite at 17 Market Place, Malton YO17 7LP. Carole's one hour long complementary therapy sessions are suitable for customers of all ages and genders, and cover her range of core holistic therapy disciplines.
Aqua-Therm Massage
Treatment Overview
Aqua massage therapy is a relatively new massage system that involves the use of flexible cushions filled with warm water. You will be lying face up, (semi-supine); your muscles will instantly relax, feeling the benefits of the warm water, supporting your body. Our experienced therapist will then use these therapy cushions to work the muscles and joints with oil. The session combines a range of gentle stretch exercises with more traditional massage techniques and some gentle stretches of the arms and legs.
The combination of heat and the unique support provided by the cushions makes this method of treatment ideally suited to those who cannot usually lie on their front, such as pregnant clients, those with anxiety, stomach or breast surgery and those with certain arthritic or spinal conditions.
Treatment Benefits
Benefits of the treatment include pain relief for people presenting with the following conditions including arthritis, fibromyalgia, sciatic pain, restless leg syndrome, neck and back pain, postural stiffness as well as for relaxation.
A non returnable deposit of £10 is payable on booking these treatments. The deposit may be transferred to another booking with 7 days notice if required. The balance will is payable in-store when you attend for your treatment.

RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

Payment can be made with credit/debit cards, ApplePay, Google Pay, the Shopify Payments system or by PayPal either via your own PayPal account or by debit/credit card as a PayPal guest at checkout.

The Indian Head Massage was just what I needed. It helped ease the pressure from my head, neck and shoulders after a tricky few weeks keeping a borderline migraine at bay. Wayne quickly put me at ease and outlined what to expect, duration etc . This meant I could relax into the experience and enjoy it. Wayne teased out some knotty bits in my shoulders too. My hair was drenched in oil with the added benefit that when I washed it later, the condition was fabulous. Needless to say, I had a good night of sleep.

I had a wonderful massage with Emily last week. Everything was very relaxing and calm from the welcome at Cosy Cottage onwards. My muscles were much tighter than I had thought and afterwards I felt so much looser. I've felt the benefits all week!
