RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
I wasn't sure I would like this massage however it was absolutely Devine Carole is a brilliant therapist who has a wealth of knowledge on a range of conditions, aqua therm after one session Really helped my fibromyalgia pain and laying on the warm water pads relaxed me in a way I've not felt since my diagnosis which added an extra mental benefit to the treatment. Highly recommend to anyone who has chronic pain conditions.
