Our Yorkshire Celebration Gift Box does exactly what it says on the tin! Perfect for natives, lovers of or visitors to God's own country. Perfect too for everyone who is looking for a tiny touch of all that is great about Yorkshire.
All the products in this box are handmade in small, low energy consumption and low wastage batches, in Yorkshire. The soap and cream in our very own Yorkshire workshop using ingredients sourced from UK based suppliers and the chocolate and socks by our good friends and long standing suppliers based locally.
We only use ingredients which can be found in nature and everything is free from the harmful effects of parabens, detergents, sulphates and SLS. We add no water to our extra long-lasting products, nor do we use any artificial colourings. Our gentle fragrances are all lovingly created from steam distilled flowers., fruits and plants. Great for your skin, hair, the environment and your pocket too.
At Cosy Cottage we do not test anything on animals and we do not commission third parties to do so on our behalf. We have plenty of willing friends and family members who are more than happy to test our products themselves and we work closely with medical professionals, a cosmetics safety consultant and microbiology lab. to ensure everything is absolutely safe to use.
This beautiful collection of products, including treats for your skin, your palette and snuggles for your feet is presented in an exclusive gift boxes, designed by one of our local artist partners. These attractive boxes are frequently re-used by our customers and all our packaging is either fully recyclable cardboard or plant derived, including our clear bags and bubble wrap, which will compost within a year.
If you wish, our gift boxes may be sent directly to your chosen recipient. We offer a gift wrapping service at checkout and you have the option to create your own personalised message and select a greetings card for a reasonable additional charge if you wish.

Lavender Hand & Body Cream 60ml
Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Aloe Vera, Sunflower Oil, Lavender Essential Oil (linalool, limonene), Natural Preservatives (salicylic acid, glycerin, sorbic acid, benzyl alcohol).
A pair of woollen socks made from locally sourced wool made by our friend Mark, in Bradford - size 4 - 7
A 90g bar of of Palm Oil free chocolate handmade by our friend Linda, in York
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Many customers opt to shop by telephone and we can be contacted on 01653 693555 if you wish to do this and create a special personalised gift package by telephone.
Please note: If you are shipping to a country outside of the UK, there may be customs charges that you need to consider before your purchase.
RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made with credit/debit cards, ApplePay, Google Pay, the Shopify Payments system or by PayPal either via your own PayPal account or by debit/credit card as a PayPal guest at checkout.
