The soap bars are suitable for use in the basin, bath or shower and are particularly suitable for customers seeking gentle, natural cleansing or bathing products. We have included a geranium soap, with it's uplifting rosy fragrance as well as a delightfully fresh sweet orange soap. The beautiful balms will cover all bases when it comes to moisturising and soothing your skin - the geranium balm is ideal for the hands and body and the mango balm is perfect for pampering those hard-working feet!
All of our products are made entirely from sustainably sourced natural ingredients with absolutely no artificial additives. The subtle, fresh fragrances are derived from essential oils, made from steam distilled fruit, flowers and leaves, without any artificial additives, perfumes or colourings.
Handmade in small, waste free batches at our workshop in Malton, Yorkshire, everything is SLS free, additive-free, palm oil-free, cruelty-free, plastic-free and delightfully 100% natural. All of our packaging is either fully recyclable cardboard or plant derived and compostable.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Many customers opt to shop by telephone and we can be contacted on 01653 693555 if you wish to do this and create a special personalised gift package by telephone.
Please note: If you are shipping to a country outside of the UK, there may be customs charges that you need to consider before your purchase.
RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made with credit/debit cards, ApplePay, Google Pay, the Shopify Payments system or by PayPal either via your own PayPal account or by debit/credit card as a PayPal guest at checkout.

As written in my email, although I love the products, I was disappointed at the state of the box as I am giving this set as a gift. Although it won't affect the products it spoils the look.
