"Gorgeous products that smell divine and are completely full of natural ingredients only, with no added water."

Our rich, soothing hand, body and foot balms are made entirely from natural ingredients, are not diluted with water and have no unnecessary and unnatural additives. This intensely moisturising product is coconut oil based with shea butter or mango butter and aloe vera. All of our gentle fragrances are created by the addition of steam distilled, plant derived, essential oils.

This option allows you to choose two, handy 30ml jars, which will arrive in an unbleached cotton, Cosy Cottage branded, drawstring bag. Just let us know which two balms you'd like (see the choices at the bottom of the page). Our 30ml jars are ideal for your handbag or travel bag and the intense, water free formulation will ensure they last you well.

Everything at Cosy Cottage is SLS free, additive-free, palm oil-free, cruelty-free, plastic-free and delightfully 100% natural. All packaging is either fully recyclable cardboard or plant derived and will compost within a year.

The balm is particularly helpful with dry or chapped skin - we have received great feedback from customers who work outdoors or in hospitality and suffering from dry skin, who have found our hand balm to be uniquely helpful and beneficial.

NOTE: Our hand/body creams and deodorants are coconut oil based rather than water/synthetic emulsifier based. They can become runny in very hot weather. Please keep them in a cool place, away from direct sunlight and do pop them in the fridge to reset if required.

30ml Sweet Orange Hand & Body Cream Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Aloe Vera, Sunflower Oil, Sweet Orange Essential Oil, Naturally Derived Plant-based Preservatives (salicylic acid, glycerin, sorbic acid, benzyl alcohol).

30ml Geranium Hand & Body Cream Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Mango Butter, Aloe Vera Juice, Sunflower Oil, Citrus Sinensis Oil (Limonene), Geranium Oil (Citral, Citronellol, Geraniol, Linalool), Eco Preservative (Benzyl Alcohol).

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Standard Royal Mail Tracked delivery (RM aim to deliver in 48 hours) is currently £3.50 with free postage available for orders over £40 and for regular purchases via 'Sudscription'. There is an option to upgrade to 'First Class' delivery, which is Royal Mail's 24 hour service (RM aim to deliver in 24 hours), for a small additional charge at checkout. There is also is the option to select a DHL courier delivery (free on orders over £120). This is a next day service where recipients receive a tracking link via email and can opt to receive text updates too. Please enter a mobile number when you checkout to take advantage of this text service. For orders from abroad additional shipping costs are in line with U.K. Royal Mail standard charges.

You can buy a 12 months free delivery pass for just £12 which allows you to use the code RMDEL1 during checkout to get free delivery for 12 months.

All online orders will be beautifully packaged using biodegradable materials. If you have purchased a gift box, this will be wrapped in brown paper so the presentation box is kept intact. Furthermore, we offer a gift wrapping service available to add on in your basket for £4 which includes wrap, ribbon, dried flowers and a personalised gift card. An optional full sized greetings card is also available at a small extra cost when you check out.

Many customers opt to shop by telephone and we can be contacted on 01653 693555 if you wish to do this and create a special personalised gift package by telephone.

Please note: If you are shipping to a country outside of the UK, there may be customs charges that you need to consider before your purchase.

RETURN POLICY

We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.

If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
