Everything we make at Cosy Cottage is SLS free, additive-free, palm oil-free, cruelty-free, plastic-free and delightfully 100% natural. All packaging is either fully recyclable cardboard or plant derived and will compost within a year.
A 60ml glass jar of our popular coconut and shea super-soothing, additive-free hand balm, fragranced with natural geranium and sweet orange, steam-distilled essential oils and a 55g bar of our additive-free coconut oil based soap.
All lovingly handmade in Malton, Yorkshire, UK from natural ingredients. Our rich, soothing hand balms and soaps are made entirely from natural ingredients. Our hand cream is not diluted with water so a little goes a very long way. These intensely moisturising products are both coconut oil based with the addition of shea butter and aloe vera.
We have received great feedback from farmers, gardeners, cooks and other clients, suffering from dry skin, who have found our hand balm to be uniquely helpful and beneficial. People with dry or cracked skin have found our gentle soap helpful too.

NOTE: Our hand/body creams and deodorants are coconut oil based rather than water/synthetic emulsifier based. They can become runny in very hot weather. Please keep them in a cool place, away from direct sunlight and do pop them in the fridge to reset if required.

Please note: If you are shipping to a country outside of the UK, there may be customs charges that you need to consider before your purchase.
RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

I ordered this set and the orange one as an Easter gift for my work colleague/ friend and myself. We are both working many hours to cover staff who we have had to furlough 😢😢 so a pick up and a bit of pampering I thought was called for.
