What's in the Box

• 30ml Mango Butter Foot Balm with Lemon Essential Oil -- uniquely moisturising and beautifully effective on dry, hard skin, cracked heels and sore, tired feet. The balm contains tiny fruit-sugar crystals that gently exfoliate on application, then dissolve to be absorbed into the skin. Rich, concentrated and water-free.
• 120g Grapefruit and Rosemary Soap -- a large, luxury bar for a thorough, invigorating cleanse. Grapefruit and rosemary essential oils make this one of our most refreshing and uplifting soaps. Handmade in Yorkshire.
• Natural pumice stone with hanging rope -- for removing hard skin and calluses from heels. The hanging rope keeps it dry and hygienic between uses.
• 1 pair bamboo moisturising socks -- washable and reusable. Slip these on after applying the foot balm and leave for twenty minutes or so for a deep, spa-style moisturising treatment.
• Olive wood nail brush with cactus bristles -- energising, cleansing and kind to the skin. Readies toenails beautifully for a pedicure.

The At-Home Foot Ritual

Use the pumice stone on dry or wet heels to remove hard skin. Cleanse thoroughly with the grapefruit and rosemary soap, using the nail brush to invigorate and prep the toenails. Pat dry, then apply the mango butter foot balm -- the fruit-sugar crystals will exfoliate gently as you massage it in, then dissolve. Slip on the bamboo socks and leave for at least twenty minutes for a deep moisturising drench. That's a proper foot treatment.
