What is the washing up soap made from?
Our natural washing up soap is made from plant-derived oils in our Malton, Yorkshire workshop. It is free from SLS, palm oil and synthetic additives, and kind to hands as well as dishes.
Can I add a personalised message to my order?
Yes, you can add a personalised message or gift card at checkout. Simply tick the gift options box and add your message, and we will include it with your order.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we offer Kraft gift wrapping at checkout. Just select the option when you place your order and we will wrap it beautifully for you.
Can you send my order directly to the recipient?
Absolutely. We are happy to send your gift directly to the recipient anywhere in the UK or EU. Simply enter their address at checkout.
Will there be extra charges for EU delivery?
No. All relevant duties and taxes for EU orders are collected at checkout, so your recipient will not face any unexpected charges on delivery.

RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

The bamboo needles took a few rows to become smooth, until then my grandson found them hard to work with. He’s persevered and is loving knitting a Christmas present for his mummy.
This isn’t for me so I can’t really comment other than to say I’m sure the recipient will like it
The wool is great to knit with never new you could get such wool don’t know where I have been.
