Why choose a natural soy wax candle?
100% soy wax, never paraffin
We use 100% soy wax rather than paraffin wax or a soy and paraffin blend. We choose soy wax instead of petroleum derived waxes, reflecting ongoing concerns about emissions from paraffin when it is burned and their potential impact on indoor air quality.
Essential oil fragrances, not synthetic perfume oils
Our fragrances are made from essential oils distilled from plants, flowers and fruit. We avoid synthetic fragrance oils, which may contain fragrance ingredients that are not individually disclosed to customers, including allergens. The concern is not the fragrance itself, but that allergenic ingredients may be released into indoor air even when a candle is not lit.
Each blend lists the essential oils used. Natural essential oils can still contain naturally occurring fragrance allergens, so please check the ingredient information if you need to avoid particular substances.

A rich, woody blend of patchouli, orange, lavender, lemongrass, geranium and lemon essential oils. Patchouli leads the fragrance, creating a warm and settling scent for quiet evenings. Tranquility
A deeply earthy blend of vetiver, grapefruit and cedarwood essential oils. Grounding and satisfying, it is a beautiful choice for a bedroom, bathroom or evening wind-down.

A soft, layered blend of geranium, lavender, lemongrass, lemon, patchouli and orange essential oils. Gentle and soothing, it is an easy fragrance to enjoy anywhere in the home.

A cosy, comforting blend of sweet orange and cinnamon leaf essential oils. Our most popular choice for autumn and winter, and a perennial favourite as a gift.

All six blends are created and tested by our team in our Malton workshop. We make the candles in small batches using processes designed to produce minimal waste. They make a lovely pairing with our matching Cosy Spa Essential Oil Reed Diffusers.

Candle safety
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep burning candles out of the reach of children and pets.
- Always leave at least 10cm between burning candles.
- Do not burn candles near anything that could catch fire.
- Trim the wick to 5mm before each use for a clean, even burn.
- On the first burn, allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar to help prevent tunnelling.

How long will the candle last?
Each 300ml candle burns for approximately 30 to 40 hours in a draught free environment. For the best burn time, trim the wick to 5mm before each use and follow the safety guidance above.

Can I buy a matching diffuser?
Yes. Each candle blend has a matching Cosy Spa Reed Diffuser, available separately. Together they make a beautiful home fragrance gift set.
Can I add a personalised message or gift wrapping?
Yes. Add a personalised message or gift card at checkout, and choose Kraft gift wrapping if you are sending the candle as a present.
DELIVERY INFORMATION

RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
