Welcome to our Six Sustainable Surprise boxes! There are six bi-monthly boxes over the next 12 months to look forward to. Each limited edition box may be purchased as a one-off for £29.95 (while stocks last) or further discounts are available for purchases of multiple boxes via a subscription payment monthly, bi-monthly, six monthly or annually. Subscriptions may be started at any time throughout 2024 and operate on a rolling monthly, bi-monthly, six monthly or annual basis.
The contents of every bi-monthly box are worth over £36 (Retail prices) which means you save over 20% as a one-off and over 25% every time with one of our subscriptions. These bi-monthly themed boxes are specially curated by our Cosy Cottage team and will contain a selection of full sized goodies, special editions and pre-release items from the Cosy Cottage product ranges, neatly picked, packed and boxes purchased via a subscription are sent via Royal Mail at no additional cost to you.
Boxes will make splendid gifts for someone who you might wish to treat or why not gift a subscription? The gift that keeps on giving. You are welcome to select 'gift wrapping' at checkout, have a special message added and sent directly to the recipient if you would like.
Enjoy these boxes as a one-off or look forward to a special surprise every two months. We will announce the contents of the next box on our website and social media pages on the 1st working day of the month of dispatch and the number of each box available will be limited.
Purchase Options - Please note that the 'subscribers first time 10% discount' (HELLO10) is not available on these products:
- One-off purchase = £29.95 (20% discount on retail prices)
- Monthly Subscription = £13.50 (25% discount on retail prices) - see * below
- Pay every 2 months = £26.00 (28% discount on retail prices)
- Pay every 6 months = £76.00 (30% discount on retail prices)
- Pay once a year = £145 (33% discount on retail prices)
As soon as you purchase your box or set up your optional subscription, the first box we send will be the current themed box and sent in the following manner:

- Purchases made in December and January will be sent in January
- Purchases made in February and March will be sent in March
- Purchases made in April and May will be sent in May
- Purchases made in June and July will be sent in July
- Purchases made in August and September will be sent in September
- Purchases made in October and November will be sent in November
Subsequent boxes will be then sent every two months in March, May, July, September and November.

You can cancel your recurring payment at any time. Refunds will not be given but the boxes that you have paid for in full, in advance will be always be sent to you.
* For monthly Sudscriptions, the first box will be sent once the initial two payments have been received and then every two months thereafter.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Many customers opt to shop by telephone and we can be contacted on 01653 693555 if you wish to do this and create a special personalised gift package by telephone.
Please note: If you are shipping to a country outside of the UK, there may be customs charges that you need to consider before your purchase.
RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made with credit/debit cards, ApplePay, Google Pay, the Shopify Payments system or by PayPal either via your own PayPal account or by debit/credit card as a PayPal guest at checkout.
