Welcome to our Six Sustainable Surprise boxes! There are six bi-monthly boxes over the next 12 months to look forward to. Each limited edition box may be purchased as a one-off for £39.95 (while stocks last) or further discounts are available for purchases of multiple boxes via a subscription payment monthly, bi-monthly, six monthly or annually. Subscriptions may be started at any time throughout 2026 and operate on a rolling monthly, bi-monthly, six monthly or annual basis.

Petit Peace Essential Oil soy wax Candle
Our exclusive Peace blend has been created and tested by our team in our Malton workshops. It combines patchouli, orange, lavender, lemongrass, geranium and lemon essential oils to create a fragrance that is both calming and uplifting, with the dominant, peace-giving warmth of patchouli at its heart. All our fragrances are made from steam-distilled plants and fruits and contain no synthetic limonoids.
Peace Essential Oil soy wax Melts
A pack of our lovely wax melts to use with a burner. Warmth is our unique and ever-popular blend of sweetest oranges and deep, warming cinnamon. Simple, clean and natural, it is loved by our customers all year round and especially at Christmas.
Cosy Calm Pulse Point
Biodegradable Surface cleaning refill
Fast becoming one of our most popular products ever.... simply add this 15ml refill concentrate to 485ml of tap water to make a full 500ml spray bottle of powerful, natural household cleaner. With warm, uplifting sweet orange and bergamot natural essential oils.

Clary Sage is reported to alleviate stress by inducing a sense of wellbeing. Paired with our very popular sweet orange essential oil fragrance for a subtly fruity, herbaceous and gentle soap.
90g Cosy Cottage Milk Chocolate Bar from ChocAffair -- handmade just down the road from us in York. Like us, ChocAffair uses sustainable natural ingredients and is palm oil free.

The contents of every bi-monthly box are worth over £42 (Retail prices) which means you save both with our one-off box purchase and up to 30% with one of our subscriptions PLUS postage is absolutely FREE. These bi-monthly themed boxes are specially curated by our Cosy Cottage team and will contain a selection of full sized goodies, special editions and pre-release items from the Cosy Cottage product ranges, neatly picked, packed and boxes purchased via a subscription are sent via Royal Mail at no additional cost to you.
A thoughtful gift, chosen and packed for you
Send a little anticipation as well as a lovely box of treats. Choose a one-off gift or an optional gift subscription, add gift wrapping and a personal message at checkout, and have your box sent directly to the recipient. Our signature Cosy Cottage gift box can be reused or recycled.
Enjoy these boxes as a one-off or look forward to a special surprise every two months. We will announce the contents of the next box on our website and social media pages on the 1st working day of the month of dispatch and the number of each box available will be limited.
Purchase Options
- One-off purchase = £39.95 (5% discount on retail prices plus free postage)
- Monthly Subscription = £18.00 (10% discount on retail prices plus free postage) - see * below
- Pay every 2 months = £35.75 (15% discount on retail prices plus free postage)
- Pay every 6 months = £100.00 (20% discount on retail prices plus free postage)
- Pay once a year = £176 (30% discount on retail prices plus free postage)
When your box will arrive
As soon as you purchase your box or set up your optional subscription, the first box we send will be the current themed box and sent in the following manner:

- Purchases made in December and January will be sent in January
- Purchases made in February and March will be sent in March
- Purchases made in April and May will be sent in May
- Purchases made in June and July will be sent in July
- Purchases made in August and September will be sent in September
- Purchases made in October and November will be sent in November
Subsequent boxes will be then sent every two months in March, May, July, September and November.

Optional subscription information
You can cancel your recurring payment at any time. Refunds will not be given but the boxes that you have paid for in full, in advance will be always be sent to you.
* For monthly Sudscriptions, the first box will be sent once the initial two payments have been received and then every two months thereafter.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Many customers opt to shop by telephone and we can be contacted on 01653 693555 if you wish to do this and create a special personalised gift package by telephone.
Please note: If you are shipping to a country outside of the UK, there may be customs charges that you need to consider before your purchase.
RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
