What Makes This Balm Special
The formula is built on a concentrated base of shea butter and coconut oil, two of the most nourishing plant butters available, with three supporting ingredients that each earn their place:
- Rosehip oil — rich in Vitamin A and essential fatty acids, rosehip oil is widely associated with skin healing and regeneration. It gives the balm its distinctive warm golden colour and adds a layer of skin-repairing benefit that sets it apart from simpler baby balms
- Candelilla wax — a natural plant wax derived from the leaves of the candelilla shrub, providing emollient properties and keeping the formula stable without any synthetic additives
- Roman chamomile essential oil — steam-distilled and chosen for its gentle, soothing properties. Used for centuries in natural remedies for skin irritation and rashes; its calming scent makes it a natural choice for a bedtime massage routine
Because there’s no water in the formula, no preservatives are needed and a little goes a very long way.

RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
