We create beautiful, customised white label soaps in batches from just 25, wrapped in professionally designed, printed wrappers featuring your name, logo, message or artwork. Everything is included in the price: the soaps, the design, the printing, the delivery, the VAT and the wrapping.

Unlike many suppliers who charge separately for setup, design and printing, our price covers everything:

How It Works
- Choose your soaps: select your size (20g, 55g or 110g), scent and batch size using the dropdowns above, then add to your basket
- Send us your design brief: after checkout, email your name, logo or artwork to customers@cosycottagesoap.co.uk. A high-resolution transparent PNG works best for logos, but even a rough brief or a quick email is enough to get started. We'll take it from there
- We handle the rest: our designer creates your wrapper, we get it printed, wrap your soaps and dispatch them. Turnaround is typically 2 to 4 weeks

Shelf life: 36 months minimum

UK Cosmetics Regulations
All the soap formulations offered through our white label service are fully safety assessed and certified.
For small initial orders, we are happy to continue acting as the Responsible Person, if you wish. Under this arrangement, our details appear on your soap wrappers as the Responsible Person, and we maintain the Product Information File (PIF) at our site.
As your business grows, we can provide advice and support to help you take on the Responsible Person role yourself. This includes guidance on setting up your own account on the UK cosmetic notification portal and supporting you through the transition.
If you wish, we are happy to discuss your plans with you before we finalise your wrappers, so you can decide on the appropriate arrangement for your business.
Second and Subsequent Orders
Reordering your branded soaps is simple, and can offer even better value when we have wrappers remaining from your previous order.
The prices below include delivery, with totals shown both including and excluding VAT. They apply only when we use your existing design and have enough of your remaining printed wrappers to complete your order.
Planning Ahead Can Reduce Reorder Costs
It often costs only a little more to print 1,000 wrappers than 500, so having extra wrappers printed with your first order can help keep future reorder costs down. We're happy to discuss quantities with you before printing.

To reorder, email customers@cosycottagesoap.co.uk with your preferred soap size, scent and quantity. We'll check your remaining wrappers, confirm the total and issue an invoice. If more wrappers are needed, or you would like to change your design, we'll provide a quote before you commit.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Many customers opt to shop by telephone and we can be contacted on 01653 693555 if you wish to do this and create a special personalised gift package by telephone.
Please note: If you are shipping to a country outside of the UK, there may be customs charges that you need to consider before your purchase.
RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
