What's Included — Everything, All Day
- 10:00–10:30 — Welcome & introductions with tea or coffee
- 10:30–12:00 — Calm & Restore yoga session led by qualified instructor Julia Thompson
- 12:00–12:30 — Blend your own natural essential oil massage serum to use during the day and take home
- 12:30–13:30 — Included lunch & time to explore the beautiful hotel grounds
- 13:30–15:00 — Immersive sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls
- 15:00–15:30 — Refreshments & relaxation
- 15:30–16:00 — Indian head massage & pressure point session — learn the technique to use at home
Your Instructor
The day is led by Julia Thompson, an experienced and fully qualified yoga instructor who brings warmth, expertise, and a deeply personal approach to every session. Julia creates a safe, nurturing space where you can truly unplug and reconnect with yourself — whatever your level of experience.

Burythorpe House is a stunning country house hotel set in beautiful grounds in the Yorkshire countryside. Please note: If you are shipping to a country outside of the UK, there may be customs charges that you need to consider before your purchase.
RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
