A gentle, creamy, palm oil free facial soap made from shea butter, coconut oil and olive oil, with a hint of sweet orange essential oil. It leaves facial skin feeling cleansed, comfortable and moisturised without stripping or drying. Vegan, sulphate free, additive free and completely natural.

Why Shea Butter?
Shea butter is a deeply nourishing, naturally moisturising ingredient that is particularly well suited to dry, sensitive and mature skin. Unlike many commercial facial cleansers, this soap cleans without stripping the skin's natural moisture barrier, leaving skin soft and comfortable rather than tight and dry. We have received consistently positive feedback from customers with eczema, rosacea, allergies and sensitive skin, as well as from customers going through the menopause whose skin has become drier and more reactive.

This soap is available as a soap bar on its own, or beautifully presented with a muslin square or with a set of loofah facial cleansing pads for a more exfoliating, spa-like cleansing experience.
Natural, Sustainable and Made in Yorkshire
Developed and manufactured in small, waste-free batches in our Malton, Yorkshire workshop. Our in-house team works in partnership with external skincare and cosmetic safety consultants to ensure our products are outstanding for sensitive and problem skin. All packaging is fully recyclable paper or cardboard, or plant-derived and compostable within a year. Never tested on animals.

How to Use
- Wet your hands and the soap surface with warm water. Dampen your face with your hands or a soft cloth.
- Massage the soap bar between your palms to create a soft lather.
- Apply the lather to damp facial skin, massaging gently to remove dirt, grease, make-up and dead skin cells. Add more warm water as needed. Use a damp cotton muslin for additional gentle exfoliation if desired.
- After one to two minutes, rinse thoroughly with fresh warm water until the water runs clear.
- Gently pat dry with a soft towel.

Is this suitable for very sensitive or allergy-prone skin?
Yes. This soap is free from SLS, sulphates, parabens, synthetic fragrances and artificial additives. We have received consistently positive feedback from customers with eczema, rosacea, allergies and reactive skin. If you have a known allergy to any of the listed ingredients, please check before use.
Can I use this soap on my body as well as my face?
Yes, it works beautifully as a body soap too, particularly for dry or sensitive skin. Many customers use it all over.

Yes, shea butter is one of our top recommended ingredients for menopausal skin, which tends to become drier and more reactive. This soap cleanses without stripping moisture, making it a gentle and nourishing choice for skin going through hormonal changes.
How long will the bar last?
A standard bar will last four to six weeks with daily use. To extend its life, keep it on a well-draining soap dish between uses so it can dry out properly.
Can I add a personalised message to my order?

Can you send my order directly to the recipient?
Absolutely. We are happy to send your gift directly to the recipient anywhere in the UK or EU. Simply enter their address at checkout.
Will there be extra charges for EU delivery?
No. All relevant duties and taxes for EU orders are collected at checkout, so your recipient will not face any unexpected charges on delivery.

RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
