Each 4 oz candle is made with 100% soy wax, not a paraffin and soy wax blend. The wax is hand poured into a hand decorated white earthenware ramekin at our workshop in Malton, North Yorkshire.

There are three fragrances to choose from, each made to create a different atmosphere:

How to get the best burn
For an even, lasting burn, keep the candle in a draft free place, trim the wick before lighting and burn it for sustained periods of around 4 to 5 hours. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

If you are local to Malton, you are welcome to return your used, undamaged ramekin to our workshop so we can reuse it. Please contact us for current opening times.

Candle safety
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep candles well away from children and pets.
- Leave at least 10 cm between burning candles.
- Do not burn near anything that could catch fire.

RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
