Why Pumice?
Pumice is a lightweight volcanic rock with a naturally porous, abrasive surface -- the perfect texture for gently sloughing away hard skin without being harsh on the surrounding area. Unlike plastic exfoliating tools or synthetic pads, a natural pumice stone requires no chemicals, no synthetic materials and no replaceable parts. It simply works, rinses clean and lasts for years.
How to Use
Soak your feet in warm water for five to ten minutes to soften the skin. With the stone wet, rub in gentle circular motions over heels, the ball of the foot or any other areas of hard or dry skin. Rinse the stone after use and hang to dry using the rope. For best results, follow with our Mango Butter Foot Balm to nourish and protect the freshly exfoliated skin.

Can I use this on dry skin as well as wet?
Yes -- the pumice stone works on both wet and dry skin. Most people find wet use gentler and more effective, particularly after soaking the feet in warm water first.
How do I store it between uses?
Rinse the stone thoroughly after each use and hang it up using the rope to allow it to dry completely. Storing it dry helps it last longer and prevents any build-up.
How long will it last?
A natural pumice stone, properly cared for, will last for years. If the surface eventually becomes smooth and less effective, it can simply be replaced -- and composted at end of life.
What should I use after exfoliating?

RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
