With no added water and no synthetic additives, this is a genuinely concentrated, deeply nourishing cream that works hard for dry, chapped, or sensitive skin.

What Makes It Different
Unlike most high-street hand creams, this balm is not diluted with water. It's coconut oil based with shea butter and mango butter, so a small amount goes a long way. It contains no palm oil, no SLS, no parabens and is suitable for vegans. We've had wonderful feedback from farmers, gardeners, cooks, and anyone who works hard with their hands and needs real, lasting moisture.
The Bamboo Glove Treatment
For very dry or chapped hands, try our optional bamboo gloves upgrade for a luxurious at-home hand spa experience. Simply apply the cream generously, slip on the gloves, and leave for 20 minutes or more. The warmth inside the gloves helps the balm penetrate deeply, leaving hands soft, smooth, and regenerated. Remove the gloves and gently rub in any excess.

Ingredients
This is a vegan product. Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Mango Butter, Aloe Vera Juice, Sunflower Oil, Citrus Sinensis Oil (Limonene), Geranium Oil (Citral, Citronellol, Geraniol, Linalool), Eco Preservative (Benzyl Alcohol).
A Note on Storage
Our hand and body creams are coconut oil based rather than water or synthetic emulsifier based. They can soften or become runny in very hot weather. Please keep in a cool place away from direct sunlight, and pop in the fridge to reset if needed.

Yes, this product is 100% vegan. It contains no animal-derived ingredients.
How long will a jar last?
Because this balm contains no added water, a little goes a long way. Most customers find a 60ml jar lasts several months with regular use.
Do I have to subscribe? Are subscriptions optional?
Subscriptions are entirely optional across our whole website. You can purchase any product as a one-off single purchase at any time, with no obligation whatsoever. Our subscription option is simply there for customers who love a product and would like to receive it regularly at a small saving. What packaging do you use?
This product is packaged in a recycled glass jar. We are committed to minimising plastic across our packaging wherever possible.

Please note: If you are shipping to a country outside of the UK, there may be customs charges that you need to consider before your purchase.
RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

It is very greasy and difficult to rub in. Wrong consistency for me I’m afraid. Wonderful smell but I would use it only at nighttime, not during the day.
