- Our 4oz hand poured, low smoke, 100% soy wax candles will burn up to a generous 20 hours in a draught free, well ventilated location. They are fragranced with 100% natural essential oils made from steam distilled flowers and fruit and contain no potentially harmful synthetic limonoids nor any petrochemical based wax emissions.
- Our long lasting 110g bath and shower sized palm oil and SLS free soaps are available in three popular, natural essential oil scents, made from steam distilled flowers and fruits. We have received consistently great feedback about our gentle, long-lasting soaps; in particular their beneficial effects for eczema and psoriasis patients and others with dry skin conditions.

Please note: If you are shipping to a country outside of the UK, there may be customs charges that you need to consider before your purchase.
RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

Payment can be made with credit/debit cards, ApplePay, Google Pay, the Shopify Payments system or by PayPal either via your own PayPal account or by debit/credit card as a PayPal guest at checkout.
