Each Cosy Cottage branded box contains:
- A beautiful, exclusive honeybee design tea towel made from 100% cotton, highly absorbent and attractive
- A 55g bar of washing up soap. A plastic and detergent free, natural dish-washing alternative to the plastic squeezy bottle. Great on grease and superb as a pre-wash soak too. Proven time and again on sticky jam pans, burnt-on post roast and a host of other dish washing challenges
OR
- A 4oz 100% soy wax, lemongrass essential oil fragranced candle. Fresh, zingy and ideal for dispersing kitchen and other unwanted household smells. Burns for around 20 hours in a well ventilated, draft free environment
Everything is made from natural ingredients in our Malton, Yorkshire workshops. We use no palm oil, no drying artificial surfactants (SLS, sulphates, SLES, sulphites), no parabens and no artificial colours or fragrances in our products. Instead we use top quality plant derived oils, vegetarian waxes and steam distilled flowers, plants and fruits.
Our boxes, wrappers and jars are all fully reuseable, recyclable or compostable and we use no plastic packaging.

Please note: If you are shipping to a country outside of the UK, there may be customs charges that you need to consider before your purchase.
RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

Payment can be made with credit/debit cards, ApplePay, Google Pay, the Shopify Payments system or by PayPal either via your own PayPal account or by debit/credit card as a PayPal guest at checkout.
