"This is absolutely the best lip balm I've ever used! I get really dry chapped lips in this cold weather and other lip balms never really fixed it. This lip balm feels so nice when you put it on and has a lovely scent (peppermint). You barely have to use any as well so I imagine it will last a long time. After 2 days, my lips feel so soft and back to normal after having been very dry (it's even helped my split lip heal nicely)! Cannot recommend this any higher"

Our luscious lip balms are made entirely from natural ingredients with no artificial additives.
The balms are shea butter and avocado oil based, providing an intense and lasting moisturising experience and an attractive natural sheen to your lips.
This product is available as an attractive duo in one of our cotton drawstring bags, which makes an ideal gift, or can be purchased on its own (with no bag). Packaged in a handy, screw top, aluminium tin, ideal for re-use or recycling.
The subtle minty and vanilla flavours are created by the addition of peppermint, or vanilla oils and there are no artificial colours or flavours. A beautifully simple, natural treat for your lips.
The products are lovingly handmade in our Cosy Cottage workshop in Malton, Yorkshire, in small, waste-free batches and come in convenient tins for ease of application and handy storage in a pocket or handbag. The neat 15g tin (3.5cm diameter) provides ease of application and is very long-lasting.

RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made with credit/debit cards, ApplePay, Google Pay, the Shopify Payments system or by PayPal either via your own PayPal account or by debit/credit card as a PayPal guest at checkout.
