Create your very own Cosy Spa at home!

We are delighted to launch the first of our 'Cosy Spa' products. Natural, handmade luxury allowing you to create that special spa experience at home. As always, everything is handmade in small batches in our Yorkshire workshops, using processes which produce minimal waste. 

Our pack of 4 relaxing, 28g soy wax melts are 100% soy wax with steam distilled lavender essential oil. They're presented in a beautiful, recycled cardboard matchbox style package, which may be replenished at our Malton store. An ideal gift, easy to wrap and can be popped into the postbox too. These melts coordinate beautifully with our complementary Cosy Spa Boxed Candle. Our Cosy Spa range makes ideal gifts, easy to wrap and beautiful to receive.

Always use your melts in a suitable burner. Just light a tealight under the well, pop in your Cosy Spa melt and enjoy the unique, relaxing properties of lavender for around 20 hours per melt.

Take good care and follow our safety tips below

• Always use within sight, and never leave unattended

• Always ensure that you do not overfill your bowl

• Keep melted wax away from pets and children

• Do not eat

• Never pour melted wax down plug holes

• Wax / burner will remain hot after the tea light has been extinguished / burner switched off

• Do not try to move the burner until it has cooled completely and the wax has hardened

• Do not add water or fragrance oils to wax melt well

• Keep wax clear of debris

• Only ever use unscented tea lights as fragrance ones burn too hot

• Only use standard sized 4hr tea lights.  Never use the larger 8hr tea lights or multiples as these can cause the burners to break

• Never place burner in freezer to help dislodge wax.  This can weaken structure of the burner

• Ensure that the surface under the burner is heatproof

"The only thing that works"

A luxurious, vegan and intensely moisturising foot balm made with mango butter, coconut oil, aloe vera and lemon oil. Specially created to smooth troublesome, dry feet. This balm has a slightly exfoliating texture due to the presence of natural sugar crystals within the mango butter. These crystals will dissolve as the product is massaged into your skin.

We offer an optional pumice stone which offers a natural way to soften and remove dry, hard skin. Perfect for pedicures and regular foot maintenance. This natural, volcanic stone is suitable for wet or dry use.  

Additionally we offer an optional pair of unbleached natural bamboo Moisturising Socks which are designed to be worn for 20 minutes or more after smothering the feet with balm, to warm the feet, open the pores and accelerate the absorption of the balm. These socks can be washed at normal temperatures and reused over and over again!

For very dry feet or cracked heels, we recommend using the moisturising socks two or three times a week.

Our mango balm is available In two sizes - a handy 30ml or larger 120ml. This luxurious balm will last well as you only need a little of the very rich cream, with no added water nor artificial additives. The 30ml jar is ideal for travel or to pop in your gym bag, and the larger 120ml jar will sit nicely amongst your spa-style products.

Our rich, soothing hand balm is made entirely from natural ingredients, is not diluted with water and has no unnatural additives. This intensely moisturising product is coconut oil based with shea butter and aloe vera. The balm is ideal for chapped or very dry hands. A gentle lavender scent is created by the addition of essential oil fragrance.

For very dry hands, why not add a pair of our bamboo gloves for a luxurious, moisturising treat. Cover your hands with cream, pop on the gloves and leave for 20 minutes or more. The heat inside the gloves will enable the cream to penetrate deeply for a regenerating hand-spa experience. Remove the gloves and either rub in any excess or wipe gently with a soft cloth. 

We have received great feedback from farmers, gardeners, cooks and other clients, suffering from dry skin, who have found our hand balm to be uniquely helpful and beneficial.

Our Fabulous Footcare Box contains a beautiful selection of natural, sustainable products curated in honour of those faithful but often forgotten servants; our feet.  

The soap and balm in this box are handmade in small, low energy consumption and low wastage batches, in our Yorkshire workshop using ingredients sourced from UK based suppliers. 

We only use ingredients which can be found in nature and everything is free from the  harmful effects of parabens, detergents, sulphates and SLS. We add no water to our extra long-lasting products, nor do we use any artificial colourings. Our gentle fragrances are all lovingly created from steam distilled flowers, fruits and plants. 

At Cosy Cottage we do not test anything on animals and we do not commission third parties to do so on our behalf. We have plenty of willing friends and family members who are more than happy to test our products themselves and we work closely with medical professionals,  a cosmetics safety consultant and microbiology lab. to ensure everything is absolutely safe to use.  

Our mango butter foot balm is uniquely moisturising and great for dry, hard skin, cracked heels or just sore, tired feet. The balm contains tiny fruit-sugar crystals which gently exfoliate and then dissolve to be rubbed gently into the skin.

The attractive olive wood nailbrush energises while it cleanses, smooths and readies toenails for a pedicure if required. Use the pumice stone to remove hard skin on heels, pop on the washable and resuable bamboo socks and leave our balm to do its work for twenty minutes or so for a really deep moisturising drench effect. 

The refreshing grapefruit and rosemary luxury, palm oil free soap enables a thorough, cleanse invigorated and delightfully scented by grapefruit and rosemary essential oils.  

This beautiful collection of products, is presented in an exclusive Cosy Cottage gift box, designed by one of our local artist partners. These attractive boxes are frequently re-used by our customers and all our packaging is either fully recyclable cardboard or plant derived, including our clear bags and bubble wrap, which will compost within a year.

We are delighted to bring you the second of our 'Cosy Spa' products, a beautiful, long-lasting soy wax candle, fragranced with natural lavender essential oil. Pure, handmade luxury that will enable you to create your very own Cosy Spa experience at home! As always, everything is handmade in small batches in our Yorkshire workshops, using processes which produce minimal waste. 

Our glorious, boxed 30cl lavender candle is 100% soy wax with steam distilled lavender essential oil. These candles are presented in a beautiful, recycled cardboard box which coordinates beautifully with our complementary Soy Wax melts. Our Cosy Spa range make ideal gifts, easy to wrap and a pleasure to receive. 

Our large 30cl candles are hand poured into high quality, glass jars and will burn for a generous 30 - 40 hours in a draft free environment.

This fresh, relaxing and luxurious new range of exclusive, spa products are lovingly created in our Yorkshire workshops to create a gorgeous, relaxing spa experience.  The 100% vegan range is ideal to use in the spa, at home, on holiday, with friends or loved ones or to gift directly via our website to the people you care for most. Everything is 100% palm oil, SLS paraben free and offered in recyclable or reusable packaging. We never test on animals and we do not commission others to do so on our behalf. Our massage and pulse point oils are also free from all nut-based oils.

These handy pulse point oils are offered in a 10ml glass roller bottle, ideal for carrying in bags or luggage, to apply to wrists, temples and other pulse points as required throughout the day/evening. Our exclusive pulse point oil base is a luxurious, vegan, custom-made base comprising jojoba and grapeseed oils.
