The Old Lodge is a 17th-century Tudor mansion set in nearly 3 acres of beautifully manicured gardens on the edge of Malton — one of North Yorkshire’s most celebrated market towns.

- 10:00 – 10:30 — Welcome, introductions and tea or coffee
- 10:30 – 12:00 — Calm & Restore yoga session with qualified instructor Julia Thompson
- 12:00 – 12:30 — Make your own essential oil massage serum to use during the day and take home
- 12:30 – 13:30 — Light, nutritious lunch provided, with time to explore the hotel grounds
- 13:30 – 15:00 — Immersive sound bath — deeply restorative and tranquil
- 15:00 – 15:30 — Refreshments and relaxation

The Old Lodge Hotel is located in Malton, North Yorkshire — easily accessible from York, Scarborough, Pickering, Helmsley and across the Vale of Pickering. Full joining instructions will be sent ahead of the event.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. To reschedule, please give at least 7 days’ notice. To cancel, we require 14 days’ notice. Contact us at customerserviceteam@cosycottagesoap.co.uk or call 01653 693555.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Many customers opt to shop by telephone and we can be contacted on 01653 693555 if you wish to do this and create a special personalised gift package by telephone.
Please note: If you are shipping to a country outside of the UK, there may be customs charges that you need to consider before your purchase.
RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
