Your code is RMDEL1 and will also be sent to you by email following purchase. Thereafter, you just need to to enter the code every time you check out and you'll be charged nothing for postage for a full twelve months. Many customers opt to shop by telephone and we can be contacted on 01653 693555 if you wish to do this and create a special personalised gift package by telephone.
Please note: If you are shipping to a country outside of the UK, there may be customs charges that you need to consider before your purchase.
RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made with credit/debit cards, ApplePay, Google Pay, the Shopify Payments system or by PayPal either via your own PayPal account or by debit/credit card as a PayPal guest at checkout.

I like that I’ve prepaid for postage. It has been easy to purchase and easy to use the code at checkout. Great that I can place orders for the next 12 months with no more delivery charges.
I recently purchased the 12 month postage however I had to chase up cosy cottage several times in order to be given the code, by which time the offer I wanted to use it on had expired.
I also have tried to order a sample of a product with their sample code however this can't be used in conjunction with the delivery code. I feel isn't fair as I am therefore unable to try the sample product due to having already paid for delivery. I have tried phoning a couple of times but there wasn't an answer.
I really like Cosy Cottage products and have been purchasing from them for a few years now and previously haven't had any issues, so this has been disappointing.
Hi Anna. Thanks for your feedback. You spoke to our customer service team, who responded to your query promptly via email. The code for delivery is given on the product listing from which you purchased and can be used as soon as payment has been made. Our customer service team has offered you a way to still get the deodorant trial at a discounted price. The free trial offer could not be combined with the delivery code as it is set up for use by lots and lots of people and couldn't be changed. Thank you for your understanding and best wishes
