We are delighted for her to offer treatments in our new luxury treatment suite at 17 Market Place, Malton YO17 7LP. Carol's one hour long complementary therapy sessions are suitable for customers of all ages and  genders, and cover her range of core holistic therapy disciplines. 

Seichim Reiki Treatment

Reiki – an ancient natural healing treatment that originated in Tibet. Reiki focuses on earth energy and promotes deep relaxation and physical healing. 

Seichem (pronounced say-keem) – a more comprehensive higher frequency reiki that originated in Egypt. Seichem incorporates all 4 elements earth, water , fire  and air. As well as the physical Seichem works on the mental, emotional and spiritual too.  
Quantum Breath- another form of energy healing which uses the breath and works from the heart and its loving energy. It can help clear any  blockages whilst also promoting deep relaxation.
Carol’s energy healing sessions support the body’s natural healing processes by  
∙Helping energy to flow by clearing any emotional, mental or spiritual blockages 
∙Promoting deep relaxation and reducing stress ,tension and anxiety  
∙releasing any pain and muscle stiffness 
∙ enhancing mental clarity  
∙ reducing inflammation and aiding recovery 
∙Helping with spiritual growth by connecting with a higher level of consciousness  

A non returnable deposit of £15 is payable on booking these treatments. The deposit may be transferred to another booking with 7 days notice if required. The balance will is payable in-store when you attend for your treatment.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We will turn your Standard Class Post order around within two working days. Thereafter for Standard Royal Mail Tracked delivery, Royal Mail aim to deliver in 48 hours. The cost of this service is currently £3.50 with free postage available for orders over £40 and for regular purchases via 'Subscription'. 
We will turn your First Class Post order around within one working day. Thereafter for First Class Royal Mail Tracked delivery, Royal Mail aim to deliver in 24 hours. There is a small additional charge for this First Class service.  
There is also is the option to select a DHL courier delivery (free on orders over £120). This is a next day service where recipients receive a tracking link via email and can opt to receive text updates too. Please enter a mobile number when you checkout to take advantage of this text service. For orders from abroad additional shipping costs are in line with U.K. Royal Mail standard charges.
 
You can buy a 12 months free delivery pass for just £12 which allows you to use the code RMDEL1 during checkout to get free Standard Class Royakl Mail delivery for all your orders, irrespective of value, for 12 months.
 
All orders will be beautifully packaged using biodegradable materials. If you have purchased a gift box, this will be wrapped in brown paper so the presentation box is kept intact. Furthermore, we offer a gift wrapping service available to add on in your basket which includes wrap, ribbon, and a personalised gift card. 
 

Many customers opt to shop by telephone and we can be contacted on 01653 693555 if you wish to do this and create a special personalised gift package by telephone.

Please note: If you are shipping to a country outside of the UK, there may be customs charges that you need to consider before your purchase.

RETURN POLICY

We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.

If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
