This all-natural, vegan pet shampoo bar gently cleans and conditions your dog or cat's coat while supporting sensitive skin. Free from palm oil, detergents, artificial fragrances, and plastics, it uses plant-derived ingredients and essential oils to promote a healthy, shiny coat and reduce environmental impact.
As we become more aware of the impact our own skincare products can have on the environment and our skin, we believe it is equally important to consider the environmental impact and wellbeing of our beloved pets. This is why we have developed our natural pet shampoo without the addition of any nasties — no plastics, no palm oil, no detergents (including SLS) and no artificial fragrances, colourings or artificial additives.
The natural ingredients in our 80g pet shampoo bars help promote a healthy, shiny coat for our canine and feline friends, and the carefully selected essential oils together with carrot seed oil or neem oil help to promote overall good health.

Why neem oil matters — especially now.
Ticks are becoming an increasing concern across the UK as rising temperatures extend their season and range. Ticks can transmit serious diseases including Lyme disease, which can be debilitating for both pets and humans. Neem oil has been used for centuries as a natural repellent against ticks and fleas, and is one of the most well-researched natural alternatives to chemical-based treatments. Combined with lemongrass oil — also known for its tick-repellent properties — our neem variant offers a genuinely effective, chemical-free layer of protection for your pet.

To use, simply rub a small amount of the pet shampoo onto damp hands or a flannel/mitt and massage into wet fur. Alternatively, rub directly onto damp fur. Rinse off with plenty of clean water.
Please be very careful to avoid your pet's eyes.

RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
