A super-concentrated solid conditioner handmade in our Malton, Yorkshire workshop from cocoa butter, coconut oil and sweet orange essential oil. Each 15g roundel gives 15 to 20 applications -- and because there is no water in the formula, a very little goes a very long way. Vegan, plastic-free, sulphate-free, palm oil-free and genuinely effective on all hair types including curly and grey hair.

Why Solid? Why No Water?

Most liquid conditioners are 70-80% water -- you are paying for water, packaging and preservatives, not conditioner. Our solid roundel contains no water at all. The active conditioning and nourishing ingredients are present at full concentration, which is why such a small amount is needed and why the results are noticeably better than most bottled alternatives.

No water also means no need for the synthetic preservatives that liquid products require to prevent bacterial growth. The formula stays stable, safe and effective without them.

Key Ingredients

• Cocoa butter (Theobroma Cacao Seed Butter) -- deeply nourishing, rich in fatty acids and naturally protective. Gives the roundel its characteristic chocolatey base note and melts at skin temperature for easy application.
• Coconut oil (Cocos Nucifera Oil) -- penetrates the hair shaft rather than just coating it, genuinely improving strength and reducing breakage with regular use.
• Sweet orange essential oil (Citrus Sinensis Oil) -- fresh, uplifting, naturally cleansing fragrance. Steam-distilled from real sweet orange peel -- nothing synthetic.
• Cetrimonium chloride -- a naturally derived conditioning agent (from coconut) that detangles and smooths the hair cuticle. The active ingredient that makes conditioner work.

How to Use -- Less Is More

The most common first-time mistake is using too much. A very small amount is all that's needed.

1. After shampooing, wet the roundel in warm water.
2. Rub between your palms to emulsify -- do not apply directly to hair.
3. Work the product through the mid-lengths and ends of damp hair, avoiding the roots.
4. Leave for a minute or two, then rinse thoroughly.
5. Comb through with a wide-toothed comb while rinsing for best detangling results.

Between uses, allow the roundel to dry fully in a well-ventilated spot. Keeping it dry extends its life significantly.
