Our Chamomile Makeup Remover is made from a rich blend of vegetable derived oils and waxes and is fragranced with soothing chamomile essential oil. This natural product is free from palm oil, artificial additives, fragrances, colourants, SLS and parabens.
This product is suitable for the removal of make-up on the face and around the eyes and has proved effective for removal of waterproof mascara.
This long lasting product is available in generous 100ml aluminum tin, which can be widely recycled in the UK.Just take a small amount of product on the fingertips and massage into face and eyes, then remove with a muslin or reusable wipe. The product can also be used as part of a hot-cloth ritual, if desired.

HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT
- Pick up a little product (start with two pea sized scoops) on your fingertips or a spatula to start; you can always pick up a little more as you go but remember our products are water free and a little goes a long way.
- Rub gently over the skin and work in using gentle, circular movelments to melt and disperse all traces of foundation and make-up.
- If using on the eye area, close your eyes and take particular care not to press too hard or drag the sensitive skin around your eyes. The product will melt waterproof mascara.
- Remove thoroughly by gliding a a damp exfoliating cloth across the face; ideally a soft muslin or flannel. If desired, remove any remaingng product by rinsing with our shea butter moisturising facial soap.
- Pat dry if required with a soft towel or cloth

RETURN POLICY
We are currently unable to accept returns for our items unless they are damaged and hence unuseable.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please get in touch with a photograph of your damaged product and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If a refund is the way forward, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, we will send out a replacement item to be arranged with you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

Product is of set consistency in tin. I used a very small amount approx 5p size which was enough for both eyes to remove mascara. On contact, the consistency immediately transitions to a beautiful oil, very easy to gently massage over eyes. I removed the residue with a cotton pad. All mascara removed so easily. The tin is a good size and will last a long time I love this product. It arrived fairly quickly and was packaged in recyclable material, size appropriate ie not a tonne of unnecessary packaging as many other companies do! My number one priority…. Cruelty Free products. My skin is very sensitive and I am a contact lense wearer. This ticks all the boxes. Highly recommend.
