Sudscriptions Terms

When will my payments be taken and when do I receive my Sudscription?

It takes two days for the funds to land in our account from the date you selected during checkout. Therefore, we recommend that you give us at least five working days to get your order to you from the date you selected. If you selected immediately, please count this as the following working day and count five working days from then for your order to be received. 

Please note that we are not in control of Royal Mail's delivery times and delivery dates may vary from the information above. We recommend you give extra time around bank holidays and Christmas time for your products to be received.

Can I cancel my Sudscription?

You may cancel sudscriptions after a minimum of three payments have been made. 

You can cancel by emailing us at and stating your name and email address that the Sudscription is set up with.

Can I add or change the products you send to me?

Yes! Just click here. You can add the products to your Sudscription. 

What if I don't like the scent of the soap you send me?

We rarely have any complaints about the natural scents of our luxurious soaps. You can amend the products you receive by clicking here

I've moved address. How do I change my details?

If I give you my email address, will I receive spam?

Absolutely not. We hate spam. We will only contact you to tell you about the exciting news we have that's in our newsletter each month as well as relevant offers that you will find interesting. If you sign up and change your mind, you can easily unsubscribe at the bottom of each email.
