Rather than approaching every person in the same way, Eddie works intuitively and responsively. His experience in both physical and energy-based practices allows him to consider the person as a whole, while providing a calm, supportive environment in which to rest, reconnect and simply allow the session to unfold.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eHis understanding of the physical body that he brings to the practice comes from his experience in sports massage, movement and biomechanics, as well as coaching within high-level sport. You don't need to have experienced Reiki before and there is no pressure to arrive with a specific problem or intention.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eYou will remain fully clothed and will lie comfortably on a treatment table. Eddie will then work through a series of positions around the body, either placing his hands gently on the parts of the body or holding them a short distance above the body. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eEveryone experiences Reiki differently. You may notice sensations such as warmth, tingling, heaviness or lightness, changes in your breathing, emotional shifts or a feeling of deep relaxation. Equally, you may simply feel calm and rested.
